Ss. 13(2)(vi) & 15(4)--Ejectment on, ground of reconstruction� Proposition of reconstruction being made for purpose of improvement and development of property--Held, sufficient proof of bona fide and reasonableness of requirement of landlord-No bard and fast rules can be laid down for exercise of discretion by Rent Controller-Property in dispute 80 to 85 years old, landlord showing his irrevokable intention to reconstruct building, ready to undergo expenses of reconstruction and having resources to carry on same-Nothing against landlord that he wants to increase rent-Finding o,f fact that property in dispute is required reasonably and in good faith for reconstruction-Held, does not require any interference, in circumstances of case.--[Finding of fact].LINK1LINK2Abdullah v.
