Criminal Procedure Code, 1898 (V of 1898)-- ----S. 497(2)--Pakistan Penal Code, 1860 (XLV of 1860), S. 109--Bail after arrest--Allegation of--Further inquiry-- Tentative perusal of record would reflect that it has been pointed out during arguments that petitioners were rider and their assignment was to provide amount to relevant person after taking same from owner--The alleged offence does not fall within ambit of restrictive area--The delay in reporting occurrence is not explained--Petitioners are behind bars since their arrest and no more required to police for further investigation--Their further incarceration would be no more lucrative to prosecution--As per produced record, petitioners have no crime history of alike cases--At present, prima facie, case of petitioners falls within area of further inquiry--Bail allowed.                                                                                              [Para 6] A M/s.
