Criminal Procedure Code, 1898 (V of 1898)-- ----S. 498--Pakistan Penal Code, 1860 (XLV of 1860), Ss. 337-F(vi), 337-F(v), 337-A(ii), 337-L(2), 148, 149--Pre-arrest bail, dismissal of--Ground--Cross-version--False implication, mala fide intention and ulterior motive--The injured got himself medically examined through police on same day i.e. on 18.01.2025 and injury assigned to present petitioner well supported by MLC was declared falling under Section 337A(ii), PPC for which possibility of fabrication was clearly ruled out as “NO”--During course of arguments--Counsel for petitioner failed to point out any ill-will, mala fide or bias on part of Respondent No. 2 for falsely implicating petitioner in instant case--As person of petitioner is required for further investigation and recovery of weapon of offence, therefore, he is not entitled to extra-ordinary relief of pre-arrest bail.                                                                       [Para 4] A Mr. Nazir Ahmad Javed, Advocate with Petitioner.
