Industrial Relations Ordinance (XXIII of 1969)------ -- S. 25-A-Workman alleging dismissal from service by verbal orders-Evidence, however, showing that workman left service of his own for finding better prospects and after failing to find a better job coming back-Fact of verbal termination of his services contradicted by workman himself-Applicability of provisions of Industrial and Commercial Employment (Standing Orders) Ordinance (VI of 1968), to employer's establishment also disproved-Petition dismissed. ORDER Petitioner has filed this petition under section 25-A alleging therein that he joined the service of respondent establishment in 1971 as a bearer and he was dismissed from service on 25-6-1976 by verbal orders. Notice was issued to the respondent. Proprietor of the respondent establishment filed its written reply. Petitioner has examined himself as his own witness whereas proprietor has examined himself on behalf of tile establishment.
