1. Facts
The prosecution alleged that on 17.04.2015 at about 4:30 p.m., Muhammad Fazil along with 14 co-accused came to the complainant's house armed with weapons and opened firing. The petitioner allegedly fired at Muhammad Riaz, causing injury to his shin, while another accused allegedly caused multiple injuries to Riaz. Muhammad Riaz subsequently died. It was also alleged that the accused abducted Mst. Zulaikha Bibi.
The petitioner remained absconding and was arrested on 02.01.2024. He was subsequently indicted on 24.06.2024.
