West Pakistan Board of Revenue (Conduct of Appeals and Revision) Rules, 1959-- --   ------ r. 5 (1)-Revision lies to Full Board only in cases where order made or decree passed by Court subordinate to Board is reversed or modified by Member of Board on appeal.     ORDER   Shah Muhammad was selected for allotment of 14 acres of land under the Pedigree Livestock Scheme in Chak No. 460/GB, Tehsil and District Sheikhupura, but since the lot was scattered into four and five pieces of land, lie went in appeal to the Additional Commissioner with a request to add 8 killas of land out of the resumed evacuee Lambardari half square which were with Muhammad Hussain (present petitioner) as an ejected tenant.
