Educational institution--- ---- Admission in Medical College---Admission in 1st year M.B..B.S. Class was refused to petitioner/candidate on the ground that she was not permanent resident of respective district---Petitioner/candidate had filed copies of her National Identity Card. certificate of domicile of her father, which indicated that her father as well as petitioner/candidate were permanent residents of the relevant district---Contention of the petitioner was that her name was removed for non-submission of domicile certificate within time---Held, in such circumstances, rejection of petitioner/candidate's admission form on basis that she was not a permanent resident of relevant district. was illegal and unjustified especially when she was refused admission without affording her opportunity to show cause---Authorities were directed by High Court to allow admission to petitioner/candidate.
