Lambardar-   Appointment against vacancy caused by migra tion of non-Muslim Lambardar-Temporary Lambardar may be appointed permanent Lambardar if he is otherwise qualified-Solitary dereliction of duty as temporary Lambardar is no disqualification for appointment as permanent Lambardar.   ORDER   This is a revision petition against an order of the Commis sioner, Multan Division, dated 8-4-57, upholding the order of the Collector, Lyallpur, dated 24-5-56, whereby the respondent was appointed a Lambardar of Patti Pritam Singh of Chak No. 154-G. B. Tehsil Toba Tek Singh, District Lyallpur. The vacancy had occurred owing to the migration of the non-Muslim Lambardar to India.   I have heard Mr. M. S.
