The petitioner sought post-arrest bail in FIR No. 1090 dated 25.12.2024, registered at Police Station Shalimar, Islamabad, under Sections 376(iii) and 511 PPC.

- The complainant's 8–9-year-old son was allegedly taken forcibly by the petitioner to his house.
