(a) Guardians and Wards Act (VIII of 1890) S. 12-Interim custody of minor-Contention that protection of health or life of minor can only be considered under S. 12 and not matter of welfare, such as education, held, not correct-Guar dian Court, exercising parental jurisdiction can pass appropriate order of interim custody in circumstances of case.-[Custody of minor].
