Industrial Relations Ordinance (XXIII of 1969), Ss. 34 & 37(4)-Dismissal of application under S. 34 due to non-appear ance of petitioner or his authorised representative-Order of Labour Court final under S. 37(4) and not appealable.   DECISION Mr. Abdul Majid Qureshi who claimed to be the representative of the petitioner when he appeared in this Court on the 18th of December 1970, is not present in the Court today despite repeated calls. The petitioner is also absent from this Court today without any reasonable cause although a notice was sent to him for appearing in this Court today.
