Summary The petitioners challenged notifications and actions relating to the management and elections of the Inchauli Cooperative Housing Society, alleging illegal transfers of society properties, unlawful appointments, failure to hold elections according to the society's bye-laws, and mismanagement of society affairs. The High Court observed that it had already passed orders directing that the society's elections be conducted under the supervision of the Court-appointed Nazir, and the election process was already underway. Holding that the relief sought had already been granted in earlier proceedings, the Court dismissed the petitions as infructuous while allowing the petitioners to raise any further grievances before the competent authority.
