Summary
The petitioner challenged the order of the Special Court constituted under the Punjab Establishment of Special Courts (Overseas Pakistanis Property) Act, 2025, whereby his objection petition against execution of an earlier possession order was dismissed.
The petitioner argued that he had subsequently obtained an ex parte civil decree declaring his ownership based on a registered sale deed and that the Special Court ignored this decree.
