Summary
The petitioner challenged the concurrent judgments of the Trial Court and Appellate Court whereby the respondent's suit for specific performance of an agreement to sell was decreed.
The respondent proved that the petitioner, through his duly authorized General Attorney, executed an agreement to sell dated 26.08.2011 for a total sale consideration of Rs.9,00,000, received Rs.7,00,000 as earnest money, and later refused to complete the sale.
