Muslim Family Laws Ordinance (VIII of 1961)--- ----S.9---Maintenance---Order of Collector whereby order of Arbitration Council directing petitioner/husband to pay maintenance to respondent wife at rate of Rs.2,000 per month, had been challenged by husband in Constitutional jurisdiction of High Court---Parties had arrived at a settlement according to which husband had agreed to pay maintenance at the rate of Rs.1,500 instead of Rs.2,000 as directed by Courts below---Offer of husband having been accepted by respondent wife; orders of Courts below were modified accordingly.
