Criminal Procedure Code (V of 1898)--- ----S.497---Penal Code (XLV of 1860), Ss.324 & 34---Bail, grant of ---F.I.R. indicated the victim to have been injured by a fire shot whereas the injury sustained by him according to his medico-legal report was a grazed wound-- Medical Officer after having shown the kind of weapon used as "blunt" had subsequently changed the same in his report into a "fire-arm '---Trial Court was yet to determine if the injury had been caused to the victim by a fire-arm or by any other blunt means and by whom---Accused were released on bail in circumstances.
