Summary
The petitioner filed a Criminal Miscellaneous application challenging the lower courts' orders dated October 29, 2025, and November 18, 2025, which dismissed his application for the superdari (interim custody) of vehicle bearing registration No. AEW-410. The vehicle was seized by the police in connection with Crime No. 675 under Sections 9(1) and 9(2) of the Control of Narcotic Substances Act (CNSA), 1997, and Sections 13, 20, and 65 of the Arms Ordinance, 1965.
