Section: 199

O R D E R Summary: Both petitioners challenged the appellate judgment dated 18.05.2021 in Family Appeal No.148/2020 arising from Family Suit No.2591/2017. Mst. Nimra sought recovery of dower, dowry articles, and maintenance (including enhancement for minor) claiming the appellate court inadequately addressed her claims.
