--- Ss. 33 & 52 read with Karachi Development Authority Order (V of 1957), Arts. 113, 114 & 124‑Water taxes‑Karachi Municipal Corpora tion is the only authority statutorily competent to impose and recover taxes after inclusion of North Nazimabad within Karachi Municipal Corporation limits K. D. A. (Karachi Development Authority) has no authority or power to levy and recover water tax from domestic consumers in the area‑‑Section 52 of the Ordinance imposes a statutory duty on Karachi Municipal Corporation to supply wholesome water to residents within its limits‑Corporation directed by High Court (in writ petitions) to arrange for supply of water to petitioners.
