---- Plaintiff delivering share certificates to defendant for obtaining overdraft facility from the Bank, through his good offices --- Banker in collusion with such defendant utilizing plaintiffs share certificates for adjustment of the loan outstanding against defendant and handing over remaining share certificates to defendant --- Banker had thus, ilega ly handed over the remaining share certificates together with blank transfer deeds to defendant, although he was duty bound to return said share certificates and transfer documents to plaintiff --- Suit filed against defendant and Banker was decreed against defendant alone --- Banker being equa ly responsible for having deprived plaintiff of her valuable shares, suit ought to have been decreed against it as we l---Decree granted by Trial Court against defendant alone was modified and was also granted against banker
