I, R.10---Suit for recovery of amount against Bank---Person who was Manager of the Bank at the time of deposit of amount by the plaintiff (customer) was not a necessary party---Bank would be responsible to an account holder even if amount deposited by him had been misappropriated by some Bank employees---Such Bank employee would not be a necessary party So far as account holder's case was concerned.
