This reference arises from a judgment of the Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue ("Tribunal") dated 27.3.2024, pursuant to which an application filed by the applicant seeking a rectification of Tribunal's order dated 10.11.2023 was dismissed, by which order the Tribunal had dismissed an application for condonation of delay, and subsequently through the impugned order the main appeal and miscellaneous applications were also dismissed.
