This Revision Application under section 115, C.P.C. is directed against the judgment, dated 26-3-1986, passed by the IInd Additional District Judge, East, KaracK in C.M.A. No. 21 of 1985, dismissing the applicant's Appeal No.21 of 1985, with costs.
