----Ss. 11 & 10(3)---Appraisal of evidence---Extra-judicial confession made by accused did not suffer from any infirmity---Victim, a minor girl of 5- years, had identified the accused at the time of extra judicial confession as we l as before the Trial Court as the cruel person who had forcibly subjected her to sexual intercourse---Convictions and sentences awarded to accused were upheld in circumstances.
