Reforms Ordinance, 1972 riled by the defendant No.1 and arises out of order dated 26-1992 passed by a learned Single Judge of this g , C.P.C. riled by Court on an application under Order XXXIX, Rules 1 and 2 the plaintiff/respondent No. I herein. On or about 15-12-1991 the fruit was filled by the plaintiff/respondent No.1 against the appellant and the respondent No.2 praying for the following reliefs:--
