- Respondent (sister) challenged mutation No.1009 dated 27.2.2009, which allegedly transferred the entire inherited property from her deceased father Muhammad Bashir to her brother (petitioner) as an oral gift.
- Petitioner claimed the oral gift was valid and mutation lawfully attested.
- Trial court dismissed suit; appellate court allowed it; petitioner filed revision.
