1. Case Summary
This judgment decides Special Criminal Anti-Terrorism Appeals No. 24 & 25 of 2025, arising out of an extortion case registered at PS Surjani Town, Karachi. The complainant alleged that the accused demanded extortion (bhatta) of Rs.10,00,000/- and forcibly collected Rs.1,00,000/- at gunpoint.
