---- R. 323(l) --- Limitation Act (IX of 1908), S. 12(2)---Copy of judgment-- Estimated amount of fee --- Communication to applicant --- Period of limitation --- Computation--- Once estimated amount of fee was communicated to applicant under R. 323(l), Sindh Chief Court Rules, he would be required to deposit amount as well as requisite stamp within seven days from date of such communication --- Where, however, there was nothing on record to show, as to, on what date such communication was made to applicant for supplying estimated amount of fee and stamps, applicant could not be penalized for non supply of amount of fee and costs within statutory period of seven days---Time requisite for obtaining copy of judgment/order in question would be excluded while computing period of limitation in terms of S. 12(2), limitation Act, 1908
