(a) Trade Marks Act (V of 1940)--

S. 8(a) --- Registration of trade mark "Premier's Pakland" applied for in respect of cigarettes etc. was refused by Authority on ground that mark applied for was objectionable under section 8(2) of Act, 1940 as it conflicted with other cited pending marks --- Such cited pending marks having been refused and no subsequent application for registration of trade mark "Premier's Pakland" having been filed, objection that applied trade mark conflicted with other cited pending trade marks, had lost its force.

b) Trade Marks Act (V of 1940)-
