---- S.514(2) --- Forfeiture of bond --- Keeping in view the fact that a very large number of under-trial prisoners were missing/absconding from Courts after being admitted to bail, High Court observed that such extraordinary situation could be handled only through extraordinary measures taken by the Courts-- Where the Trial Court had forfeited only half of the amount of bond, High Court declined interference with the discretion of subordinate Court in forfeiting the amount of bond
