(a) Muhammadan Law--

Gift --- Essential ingredients --- One of essential ingredients for a valid gift is transfer of possession --- Where gift was from a husband to wife and they were residing in same premises, possession could be transferred constructively also and same could be gathered from the conduct of donor who by doing or restraining from doing certain acts which he otherwise in normal course would have done as an owner of the demised property.
