SUMMARY:
Liaquat Ali and Saeed Ahmed were convicted by the trial court for the Qatl-i-Amd of Basheer Ahmad and Feroze Khan in FIR No. 350/2021 at Pindigheb, Attock, amid civil litigation enmity. The High Court partly allowed their appeals, altering convictions from 302(b) PPC (death) to 302(c) PPC (14 years RI each) as a sudden free fight under Exception 4 to erstwhile section 300 PPC, with compensation under 544-A Cr.P.C.; acquittals on other charges and co-accused cleared.-
