---- Ss.514 & 539 --- Forfeiture of surety bond --- Accused who had jumped bail for over 18 months had been produced by the surety only after the entire amount of Rs.50,000 of the surety bond was ordered to be forfeited by the Court --- No grounds were, therefore, made out to set aside the order of forfeiture -- Since the accused had been produced by the surety himself and non-bailable warrants issued by Trial Court bore no fruit, amount to be forfeited under the bond was reduced to Rs.2,000 instead of entire amount of, Rs.50,(W of the bond.
