----S. 54---Transaction of sale---Vendor's title under shadow---Effect---Party having its title under shadow could not enter into any valid transaction-- Petitioner, by concealing such fact entered into transaction of sale, thus, committing fraud and forgery by showing himself and his brother to be absolute owners of land in question---Transaction of sale was not vaild.
