(a) Banking Companies (Recovery of Loans) Ordinance (XIX of 1979)-

---- Ss. 2(f) & 6---Special Court --- Original civil jurisdiction of High Court--- Extent--Provisions of Ss.2(f) and 6, Banking Companies (Recovery of Loans) Ordinance, 1979, vest High Court with original civil jurisdiction so as to try the suits arising under Banking Companies (Recovery of Loans) Ordinance, 1979 involving outstanding loan amount exceeding one million rupees.
