---- Ss., 302 & 311--Composition of an offence of murder does not autoinaticaly entitle an accused/convict to a clean acquittal and despite such a composition of the offence of murder, it is the obligation of the Court to determine and to give a finding that the accused person or the convict in question did not fa l within the purview of section 311, P.P.C.
