(a) Prohibition (Enforcement of Hadd) Order (4 of 1979)---

---- Arts. 3 & 4 --- Provision of Art. 4 covers those cases where the intoxicant in question was possessed by the accused for his personal consumption and not where the accused was possessed of the same for commercial purposes Possession of eighty grams of heroin strongly militated against an inference that the same was being retained for personal use -- Where the accused was found in possession of 80 grams of heroin and was present in the house of such persons who themselves were accused of trafficking in the said intoxicant provisions of Art. 3 of the Order were attracted to his case.
