SUMMARY OF THE JUDGMENT
The petitioner challenged the order dated 25.09.2024 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Mandi Bahauddin, whereby the petitioner (accused) was directed to hand over possession of one room of a disputed house to respondent No.2/complainant under the Illegal Dispossession Act, 2005.
