---- Pre-emption --- Right of pre-emption --- Mistake of wrong Khasra number in plaint -- Effect --- Where both the parties were diligently pleading their cause before Trial Court in respect of property which was sold by vendor to vendee, pre-emptor's claim due to wrong Khasra number in plaint, could not be defeated --- Failure to quote survey number or to expressly mention exact location of property would not render right of pre-emption ineffective.
