✅ SUMMARY
The petitioners filed a constitutional petition seeking:
(1) information about any FIRs lodged against them,
(2) protection from respondents No.11 & 12, and
(3) a restraint against harassment, threats, or false FIRs.
The Court issued notices earlier. On the final hearing, police officials stated that they had not harassed the petitioners and would act lawfully. The AAG and APG confirmed this.
The Court disposed of the petition, directing the official respondents not to harass the petitioners, while allowing the police to proceed according to law if any cognizable offence arises.
