The petitioner challenged two notifications (09-03-2015 & 13-04-2015) through which his up-gradation from BPS-19 and BPS-20 was withdrawn, and he was reverted to BPS-18 and removed from the post of Deputy Managing Director (Sindh Small Industries Corporation).
