The petitioner seeks pension benefits of her deceased husband, an ex-employee of the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), who retired in 2017 and later died in 2018. She alleges that he was misled into accepting a small lump-sum under a “Golden Handshake Scheme†and never knowingly surrendered his monthly pension rights.
The respondents produced signed documents showing the deceased voluntarily chose 100% commutation (Option-III), receiving full and final settlement plus G.P. Fund. He never objected during his lifetime. The petitioner provided no documentary proof, only oral allegations.
