SYED ABDUR REHMAN, J.---This is a petition under Article 199 of the Constitution. On 7-5-1992 we have disposed of this petition by following short order:--
"For reasons to be recorded later on we dismiss the petition. This would, however, not pre . vent the Provincial Government from making arrangements for petitioner's attending the. Session of the National Assembly, if it so desires."
