MAMOON KAZI, J.-The petitioner in all these petitions is a person who has been aggrieved by the Notification issued by the Ministry of Interior and Narcotics Control (Interior Division), Government of Pakistan No.SRO.870 (1)/90, dated the 22nd August, 1990 cancelling all licences
granted under the Pakistan Arms Ordinance, 1965 (W.P. Ordinance XX of 1965) in respect of prohibited bore and automatic weapons after the period commencing from the 1st December, 1988.
