O R D E R
Adnan Iqbal Chaudhry J. – Petitioner, who is a registered person under the Sales Tax Act, 1990 [Act], has assailed an order of blacklisting dated 15-07-2025 passed by the Commissioner, Inland Revenue under section 21(2) of the Act read with Rule 12 of the Sales Tax Rules, 2006. Such order is appealable before the Commissioner-IR (Appeals) under section 46B of the Act. On query, counsel acknowledges that the Petitioner has already filed an appeal. However, he submits that the appeal is not being heard. In that case, the Petitioner may move an application for early hearing to the appellate forum. That being said, the petition is not maintainable and is dismissed in limine alongwith pending application(s).
