---S. 18-Acquisition of land---Objection petition---Objection petition if received by Acquisition Collector and referred to Acquisition Judge, held, becomes undisputed document and courts are bound to look into matter referred to it for adjudication--Objector making objection as to genuineness of reference application, held further, should prove that said reference pending before Acquisition Judge not forged manipula tion and fraudulent document, and that there had been valid objection petition presented to authorised person and referred to by a competent authority.
