S. 6(4)-Special Court-Jurisdiction-Special Court not only has power to execute decree passed by it but even to proceed to determine and decide pending execution proceedings in respect of matter in which decree passed by any Court falling within its ambit-Special Court has jurisdiction to execute decree passed by any Court in respect of subject-matter falling within jurisdiction of Special Court.[Jurisdiction].
