-- S. 14(1)-Dismissal of ejectment application-Defect in service of notice-Landlord serving notice on tenant to hand over possession by which tenant required ~to hand over possession within two months of receipt of notice-Ejectment application filed two months after such notice and according to S: 14(1) notice should inform tenant in writing that landlord requires building for personal use and that tenant should deliver vacant possession within such time as has been specified in notice not being earlier than two months from receipt thereof plea of defect in notice not taken in written statement and ejectment application also found filed after expiry of two month of service of notice--Dismissal of ejectment application on ground of defect in notice, held, not justified.
