---S. 30-Award, setting aside of-Contention that decision of Umpire being not an "award" order of court remitting such decision to Umpire for reconsideration, decision being without jurisdiction and subsequent proceedings taken by Umpire after remand being nullity in eye of law; no such objection when filing award in court raised Appellant instead filing application under S. 151, C. P. C. describing decision of Umpire an "award" with prayers that same be returned for filing suit before Civil Judge-Contention, held, not tenable, in circumstances.-[Award].
