-- S. 13 (2)(i)-Eviction proceedings-Default in payment of rent Practice prevailing between. parties, landlord had been collecting rent in lump sum after 3 or 4 months and as such for failure of landlord to collect rent, appellant cannot be blamed for default in payment of rent-Appellant, held, can neither plead a practice against contract nor against provisions of law and in face of documentary evidence of default by appellant, his eviction from demised premises rightly ordered.
